This product is excellent to reduce inflammation and gradually rebuild joint tissue, so it's great for athletes who struggle with joint trouble, which applies to most over the age of 30 (including me- ha). The forms of the chosen compounds found in this formula are more bioavailable than some others that populate a typical health store. I think Designs for Health has done a very nice job combining some of the most well researched nutrients and botanicals to design an effective formula.
