I've been using fish oils for almost a decade, and I can say that they're one of THE most important things for people to take. It's not the type of thing that if you miss a day will be a problem. Just keep them in your fridge, and take a teaspoon daily or as you remember. You can also add these to your smoothies, and they don't taste icky. The benefits of fish oils are improved skin, immune function, brain health, metabolism, energy, and reduced inflammation throughout your system. Taking daily fish oils is a no-brainer, but don't sacrifice quality on this item. Stick to the mercury free fish oils which are also free of many other dangerous toxins.
Typically per 5ml:

Natural mixed tocopherols 25mg
Non-active ingredients:
Essential oil or orange.
Fish oils can, in high doses, have a mild blood thinning effect. The only times when this is potentially dangerous is if you're on prescription or non-prescription (aspirin) blood thinners already, or if you're undergoing surgery. One symptom to indicate too much fish oil is easy bruising. Otherwise, pure Pharmax fish oils are known to be quite safe and in most cases, extremely healthy for people.
