This is one supplement that helped me tremendously when I was healing from food allergies. I am extremely pleased with this product and highly recommend it for healing the gastrointestinal tract. I sometimes use this product in programs alongside additional glutamine, and always include probiotics as well.

Dosage:
As a dietary supplement, take seven capsules, one to two times daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
