I love this product because it's pure whey protein (no junk) and therefore more cost effective if you just want some extra protein. Protein is especially important for immune system, tissue repair, brain function, and blood sugar stabilization. It mixes beautifully in smoothies, as well as yogurt. Some people have used it for baking, although its better nutritionally when you consume it raw. It contains 24 grams per scoop which equates to approximately 3.5 oz of chicken breast. Plus this protein is made from grass-fed, hormone-free cows. It is also very low heat processed so it retains many beneficial enzymes and immunoglobulins. You've really got to try it!
