Smoothie for breakfast
Evolved Protein Powder (1-2 scoops)
plus add-ins
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup of almond milk, goat milk, or organic cow's milk

Snack
apple with 2 TBS nut butter
or Evolved Protein Bar

Lunch
3-4 cups salad including greens, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, carrots, beets, and other vegetables (see our awesome salad recipes)
4-6 oz. fish, chicken, turkey, or lean beef/pork
1-2 TBS salad dressing (using cold pressed olive or nut oil)
1 cup nutrolution approved beverage

Dinner
4-6 oz of fish, seafood, meat, or poultry
1/2-1 cup of starchy vegetable or brown rice
1-2 servings of non-starchy vegetables
1-2 TBS of healthy fats for cooking or toppings (includes organic butter, cream, olive oil, avocado, olives, nuts, seeds)

Snack
Evolved Protein bar
Fruit with real whipped cream
Dark chocolate and nuts
Nutrolution hot beverage
nutrolution approved protein snack ie. turkey roll up, chicken leg, salmon salad, one slice of natural cheese
